• Maui Vow Renewal Ceremony: Outrigger welcomes couples to celebrate their love and commitment in a lovely oceanside ceremony at Maui's beautiful Kapalua Resort. This free vow renewal ceremony is held oceanfront at Merriman's Kapalua with the stunning west Maui coast as a backdrop.
  
  The non-denominational ceremony begins with couples exchanging Hawaiian lei symbolizing an unbroken circle of love. The traditional blowing of a conch shell is followed by a gentle ukulele serenade. A kahu (Hawaiian officiant) performs a Hawaiian chant for the occasion, with English translation provided so that participants may fully appreciate its special significance. Following the ceremony, each couple is presented with a certificate that commemorates their vow renewal. Participants have the opportunity to purchase additional services including champagne toast, cake, flower bouquet, photographer, videographer, and romantic dinner. Happy Hour at Merriman's Kapalua begins at 3 pm allowing guests to continue their celebration well past sunset.
